Singer / Producer

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Luisa fell in love with theater after landing the role of Mary Magdalene in her high school’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar. She graduated university with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications before pursuing her true passion: singing. This paved the way to performances with the popular group Ambivalent Crowd and her own band Hall of Fame in Manila, Japan and Malaysia. In 1989, Luisa and her band came to Canada touring North America.
Her uncanny resemblance to Tina Turner paved the way for her world class tribute act, receiving rave reviews and standing ovations all over the world. Luisa was invited on Oprah twice and made a much-talked about special appearance on the ELLEN Show. Luisa performed in various fundraising events, including a grueling show tour for the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Bosnia and Sarajevo, performing for the Multinational Force and Observers in Israel and Egypt, and raising awareness for veterans with PTSD.
In 2013, she was voted as one of the Top Canadian Immigrants. Luisa is a mother of two, Kimi and Zenia, married to Steve Marshall, a singer, advocate, producer, TV host of SMC – Shaw Multicultural Channel – “Simply The Best, The Luisa Marshall Show” and writer/publisher for MetroVan Independent News Online.And now #1 bestselling author of the Woman Of Worth book “Moms in Business” 15 Success Stories with Soul.

TOTA MENDEZ
Singer

Tota Mendez is a Singer/Songwriter originally from Manila, Philippines and is now living in Vancouver, BC. She started out as a drummer for a High school band and later on discovered that she can sing after auditioning for a Glee Club. Tota was active in Musical Plays and always adored the big stage. She started out as a Jazz singer and then moved on to Pop and Rock by joining cover bands. Tota also won a Songwriting Competition that was sponsored by Yamaha Corporation and MTV.
Tota’s been active in the Music Industry for more than 30 years. Joining the “Relive The Music” team has been a whole new experience and it’s been a blast! “I love Music so much that it isn’t a gateway for me to become rich or famous. ZENIA MARSHALL
Singer / Artistic Director

Zenia Marshall is a Canadian film and television actress and emerging indie alternative pop singer-songwriter, born and raised by a family of musicians in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Best known for her recurring role in Peacock’s teen mystery drama “One of Us Is Lying”, an internationally streamed Top 10 hit on Netflix, she is also recognized for her leading role in “Date My Dad”, starring alongside Barry Watson (7th Heaven) and Hollywood legend Raquel Welch. Most recently, she starred in the beloved No. 1 Netflix film “Voicemails for Isabelle”.
She first began performing at the age of four through dance, through 13 years of ballet, she eventually graduated from the cute ballet tutu animal costumes (and not-so-cute goblin costumes) to leading roles in live musical theatre productions, including Belle in “Beauty & the Beast” and Buffy in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”.
Zenia made her screen debut opposite 1980s pop icon Debbie Gibson in the supporting lead role of “Summer of Dreams”, before making her theatrical film debut in Michael Kennedy’s acclaimed holiday slasher “It’s a Wonderful Knife”. Her television credits also include guest-starring roles in “Supernatural”, “Van Helsing”, and “Supergirl”, among others.
As a singer-songwriter, she independently produces her music videos and creative projects, and continues to release original music that blends dreamy vocals, introspective lyrics, into an atmospheric, ethereal, cinematic fusion of alternative indie pop. You can check out her singles “Ain’t Like You”, “Heaven and Hell”, and “Prove Me Wrong” on Spotify, Youtube Music, and all other streaming platforms!
When off screen and set, Zenia tours internationally with her family (and puppy “Mika Moki Tofu”), as a vocalist in Luisa Marshall’s award-winning and internationally acclaimed Tina Turner Tribute, while also headlining Relive The Music 50s, 60s & 70s Show.
As the show’s Artistic Director and Choreographer, Zenia has proudly helped shape Relive The Music alongside her loving family since its beginnings in 2019. More than 180 performances later, she remains grateful to share the stage with her family and the incredible performers and crew who make this production so special. She hopes you enjoy the show!

EMMA PEDERSEN
Singer

Emma is a triple-threat talent hailing from Squamish, BC. She began her performing journey there in a community production as the Christmas star at 6 years old, and since then has travelled across the globe to continue her career. After training in Toronto and working on shows like “Suits”, she moved back to Vancouver and used her skills on such projects as “Schmigadoon”, “Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies”, Motherland: Fort Salem”, and productions with Arts Club Theatre “Million Dollar Quartet” and “Jersey Boys”. She competed and won the BC Talent Contest as a singer and represented the west coast at the Nationals.
She has now made the move to London, UK. Since following her passions across the Atlantic she has performed in plays and works on scripts and fiction writing. Coming back to join “Relive the Music” for the fall has been a joy, and she is so grateful for the privilege to bring music across Canada and see more of the beautiful country she calls home.

RODRIGO MASSA
Singer

Born and raised in Brazil, Rodrigo is an actor, singer and TV host who started his career in Mexico after studying at the acting school that belongs to Televisa, the biggest television network in Latin America. His first role on film was Agent López on Instructions Not Included. The movie was a massive hit, and it still holds the record as the most lucrative Mexican film of all time. After that, he booked his first big part on TV – El Color De La Pasión (The Color Of Passion) – playing the villain Amador Zúñiga, which was syndicated worldwide. After a long streak of Mexican shows, he joined the cast of Hallmark’s Destination Wedding as AJ. In 2018 he played Aldo Tapia on Netflix’s La Piloto. He then went on to join the next Netflix Original series El Dragón – Return Of A Warrior, where he was casted as Piero Scarinci. The show was in Netflix’s top 10 in over 30 countries.
At the best moment of his career, he decided to move to Canada and landed his first lead in a US-based production: Merry Textmas, which premiered on Lifetime on December 4th, 2022. He also sings the main song within the soundtrack alongside European popstar Andra – How Could I Have Known. Recently, he joined the cast of Urban Legend, written and produced by Eli Roth. It premiered on the Travel Channel and is now available on Discovery+ worldwide. He also landed a role in the feature film Cheat, which is currently in post production. All of that while working tirelessly on music releases that have won over the hearts of hundreds of thousands of people, such as Acabo De Soñar Contigo, El Mejor Amor Que Nunca He Tenido, Al Fin Te Encontré, Una Mujer Diferente, and the Polish-Spanish hit Poczuj Bicie Serca, which was his first song to hit the 1-million-view mark on YouTube. Rodrigo is currently part of the main cast of CTV’s The Spencer Sisters, alongside Lea Thompson and Stacey Farber.

MICHAEL ESPOSITO II
Singer

Michael Esposito II is thrilled to be joining the cast of Relive the Music! An Ontario born actor/singer, Michael is
also co-owner of KEME Productions. Since graduating from the University of Toronto and Sheridan College, Michael has travelled the world performing on six different continents.
His theatre work includes Jersey Boys, Monster, The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz, Dogfight, Tootsie, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Disney Cruise Lines and many more. Michael has been featured in films such as Single Black Tenant, Hunger, I Am Mary Jo Buttafuoco, The One That Got Away, Dive Shop, Adult Adoption, and The Avenue.
He has been a featured vocalist for events such as Canada’s Got Talent, the Roger’s Center and Casino Rama. His album “Night and Day” is available on iTunes and Spotify.

PETER RICARDO
Singer

Born in Canberra, Australia and now a Vancouver local. In Australia, Peter performed with countless regional theatre companies in Australia, winning awards for roles Like Claude in Hair – The Tribal Love Rock Musical, Jose Vegas in FAME! and Eddie Lyons in Blood Brothers. He earned his Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre from a private academy in Melbourne, Australia.
Peter spends most of his time at sea with his fiancee Danielle, performing their two headlining shows “Our World on a String” and “A Million Dreams” for cruise lines across the globe. With over a decade of experience as a cruise ship leading vocalist, he has had the privilege of seeing over 70 countries throughout his career and singing for well over a million cruise ship guests.
Peter was nominated for an Ovation! Award for his role as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for Vancouver’s Theatre Under the Stars. You can catch him back on the Vancouver stage very soon!

Steve was born and raised in Prince Rupert, BC. He is an entrepreneur; having started as an owner of a small arcade in Masset, BC. He’s the proud owner of Daddy Cools Pub & Grill, Mile Zero Inn, and an entertainment booking company. Steve is also a Red Seal Mechanic, producer, inventor of the Computer Hammer, and was a publisher of a newspaper.

KIMI KAOS
Guitar / Musical Director

Kimi’s dreams of becoming a scientist/astronaut were dashed at age 9 when her parents bought her a guitar instead of the telescope she begged them for. After years of ignoring the gift, her Mom dusted off the guitar and plucked the classical piece “Romanza” in an attempt to encourage her. It worked. Kimi fell in love with the sound of the guitar that day.
Her first big public performance was in front of 10,000 people on the PNE’s Main Stage with her Mom’s internationally acclaimed and award winning Tina Turner Tribute show with whom she continues to tour all over the world with to this day. Throughout the years Kimi has found herself on stage and in the studio playing for various artists. In 2019, she and a pianist backed American Idol contestant Lauren Spencer-Smith on her live album “Unplugged, Vol. 1” which was nominated for the 2020 Juno Award for Adult Contemporary Album of the Year.
Today, Kimi is grateful to share the stage alongside her family and friends in Relive the Music ‘50s, ‘60s & ’70s. When off stage, she is out exploring with her fur baby Mika Moki Tofu.

COLIN SANKEY
Bass

Colin Sankey is a bassist, composer, and arranger from Vancouver, BC. He has toured Canada and the UK with Persian rock star Kaveh Yaghmaei, performed with three-time Juno nominee Francois Houle, and played in an eclectic variety of projects, including a Punjabi wedding band and a Psychedelic Latin cumbia band.
In November 2022, Colin flew to New York to participate in the Phil Jones Solo Bass Competition and won 1st place. It was here that Paul Simon’s former bassist, Bakithi Kumalo, a guest judge for the competition remarked, “I guess they do it differently in Canada, eh?” Colin is also the 2nd place winner of the 2021 BITE Bass Contest, against more than 300 entries worldwide.
He has been featured on many famous YouTube channels, including Charles Berthoud, George Collier, and Davie504, who have over 13 million subscribers. Colin’s debut album Reawakening and his most recent EP Colin Response have been featured on Bass Magazine and CBC Radio.
Colin recently went viral with his arrangements of Get Lucky by Daft Punk, Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes, and the Mario Theme by Koji Kondo, reaching over 15 million views between the three arrangements on Instagram and TikTok. He continues to share his inspiring arrangements of popular music with his 300,000+ followers across all social media platforms.

COOPER WHITE
Sax & Keys

Alaskan-born multi-instrumentalist Cooper’s path to a professional music career began the moment he attended the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. That spark led him to study at the Lionel Hampton School of Music, and eventually earned him a partial scholarship to Berklee College of Music, where he honed his skills in saxophone, arranging, and production. After Berklee, Cooper took his talents to sea, performing aboard most of the major cruise lines and private yachts and visiting 70 countries along the way. He also spent time as a multi-instrumentalist with the Samsaya trio out of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and completed tours across both the USA and Europe.
His credits include For The Record: The Brat Pack in Los Angeles and Broadway’s After Midnight. As a writer, Cooper has written for artists with credits on The Voice, Broadway, American Idol, Britain’s Got Talent, and a Woodstock 1969 revival production. As a solo artist, he headlined his own cabaret show while performing on cruise ships, and rounded things out with hotel residencies in both Costa Rica and Mexico. Cooper is thrilled to be joining Relive the Music and can’t wait for the adventure ahead.

KURTIS HANNAS
Principal Sound Engineer

Kurtis is a Canadian audio engineer, musician, songwriter, music producer. He is also the principal sound engineer for the Relive The Music ’50s & ’60s Show, Tina Turner Tribute Show and Luisa Marshall Band.
Previously living in London and New York City for many years, Kurtis is now based in Vancouver, BC. He has chalked up several decades of experience in the studio and on the road with an extremely wide variety of recording artists such as Sonic Youth, The Violent Femmes, Sarah McLachlan, Eminem and Joan Jett.

Jeremy is a multidisciplinary creative professional with a background in industrial design, photography, technical problem-solving, and music. His understanding of light, colour, composition, timing, and visual storytelling supports a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to live production as the show’s Lighting Tech.
